Led Lights Aging Testing Machine is for check the led lights whether can suffer from the electric power voltages fluctuations and on-off swithes for a time (about 30 mins ) . The Aging Testing Machine will not come out any report or data , its principle is simulation the daily use of a led light.
There is no standard machine for Led Lights Aging Testing Machine , all the aging tesing machines /aging testing Line is made according to the types of Led lights that need to be aging test . therefore , there are different types of aging testing machine , such led bulbs aging testing line ,Led Tube Light aging testing line , led flood light aging testing line , led street line aging testng line , led pannel lights Aging test Line , Led bulbs and Tubes Aging Testing Line , Led street Lights & Led flood Lights & Downlights Aging Testing Line etc .
The Length of the line (machine) depends on the aging test capacity . Normally the Length of the aging testing Line is about 12M Long (including control box),the length also manufactured based on the led lights features .

This Equippment is specialized in Led bulbs (E27&B22 end cap) Aging Testing Through different voltages (0-300V) ,High temperature 70-80 degree centigrade ,on-off switches functions, high temperature and high voltage aging , roaming function and normal light on function to observe the lights with problem in short circuit ,blasting capacitance,bad wires connections ,failure soldering inside ,also aging test the led drivers . Simulation the led bulbs daily use .Electricity control system adopt variable frequent regulation system ,easy to operation . |
