This Machine is to Crimping the joint betweeen the end cap and Housing Plastic base then Spike the pin into the end cap while the end cap is beening hold up .After spike the pin into end cap completed ,the bulb will be on if the bulb is in good condition (testing function ) , the machine also with automatic counting Function .
